I have an HP Deskjet 1200C, it's a colour deskjet capable of printing onto A3 paper.
I recently needed to remove the printer from the print server and re-create it due to some problems with the spooler. Now, people trying to print to the printer only have the option of printing onto A4.
How do I tell the printer it can do A3? Surely it should know... isn't that sort of thing set in the driver? I've looked through all the properties, advanced settings etc but the only paper sizes I have are: A4, Legal, Letter and several Envelope sizes.
Thanks in advance
