Just re-done my loop & flushed out the coolant that's been sitting in there for 3 years. I think I used Purple Ice the last time - certainly seemed to do the trick.
Obviously using distilled at the moment. Shall I just use antifreeze to stop any algae growth? Rad is brass; blocks are all EN plated copper.

Don't like the sound of the kill coils; will get hold of some Biocide.
