Address not showing on BT site

Hello

I am trying to order BT Infinity and having a few issues...

My address doesn't show on the BT site, I live in 7A (house has been here for about 30 years though).

When calling BT I got through to an Indian call centre and was told that I cannot get Infinity as my Exchange isn't enabled, the strange thing is both my neighbors 5 & 7 both are listed and can get infinity according to the checker.

Surely I would be in the same cabinet/Exchange as my neighbors either side of my house?? Is there any other way to check (I am currently with Virgin so don't have a BT line to do a phone number check?)

Try talking to Plusnet instead. You're more likely to get a sensible response from their UK based customer service.
