Hey all,

I have been working for these geeks for more than 3 months, and my collegue has got holiday pay in his wage on the same job and same assignment. Apparently, his partner is a solicitor and called the agency to say he was entitled by law that's why he got it?

I would like to do the same but what possible law can I quote them as it's news on me?

I thought holiday pay was statutory even if you are a temp? :confused:

Holiday pay is statutory but you will have to prompt them and tell them you want paying for statutoty bank holidays as they dont normally pay you for them by default. Perfectly legal as you just get x days per time worked etc. Prolly a bit late for claiming for christmas tho as they normally require 2 weeks notice.
