Adhock Network issues

Hi guys im after a little help before i give up.

Right my PC (rig1) is wired to my router and i want to wirelessly connect my laptop to rig1 and share the internet across it. so it would look somthing like this

Internet

Router 10.1.5.138
|
nic (rig1) 10.1.5.200
|
Wireless card (rig1) 10.1.5.15
|
USB wireless (laptop) 10.1.5.140


I have the wireless setup and it says its connected on both but the laptop will not surf
I have tried ICS and bridging the network but the laptop still will not connect to the net any ideas? as im stuck and its gettin on my nerves now!

What's the results from running ipconfig/all on each machine?

to be honist mate i have given up. as it will only be a week or so till i can afford a new wireles router. it was only going to be a stop gap untill then so it dosent realy matter.
