Adjusting memory speed on P55 UD5

Hi, I'm trying to set the speed of my memory in the bios to 1600mhz, which is its rated speed. The thing is I can't increase the speed of the memory without the CPU speed increasing, does anyone know how I can set the memory speed without increasing the CPU speed?

At the moment the Base Clock Frequency is set to 133 with the CPU running at 2.66GHz (133x20) and the memory at 1066MHz (8x133). When I change it to 200 so that the memory is running at 1600MHz the CPU also changes to 4GHz.

I also need to set the voltage to 1.65 but there is only an option for 1.64 or 1.66, would 1.64 be ok even if I wanted to try and set the timings to 8-8-8-24@1600MHz (they are supposed to be 9-9-9-24.)

I will have another go, while reading a little more carefully

Unfortunately the memory I have doesn't have a extreme memory profile, its the OCZ Obsidian 2x2GB 1600MHzC9.

I've just had another look and I can only set the memory multiplier to 10 at maximum, that still only gets me up to 1333MHz.
