Admin Lock Out

I have spectacularly managed to set the admin rights to a folder as deny. how can I revert this as I need to delete the folder in order to reinstall the softare.

Im on my user account which is Administrator.

Tried taking permission but that won't work.

Its the Avira folder and some files within (managed to get rid of some of them)

Managed to get it down to 1 file left.

I have taken control of the top folder and all below it and set full control for administrators on all files and folders below it

Avira > AntiVir Desktop > shlext64.dll

Still cannot delete them.
