admin priv no how?

How do I ensure I have adminastrive privaliges 24/7 log-on it is only me that uses the pc.

Know what I want just don't know how to ask for it &/or spell it, lol

You shouldn't really do it. The main point of not running with admin privileges is not to stop other people from screwing up your PC - it's to stop viruses and malware from screwing up your PC. If everything runs with admin privileges then malware can do whatever it wants with your system.
