I just discovered AdNauseam tonight and it looks like a worthy replacement for uBlock Origin - in fact, it's based on uBlock Origin, but AdNauseam actually fights back against tracking by simulating silent clicks for each blocked ad.
My own testing so far is mostly positive, but I think I need read more on which Firefox settings I should change and tweak so AdNauseam works better. I'm seeing the message "The 'Content Blocking' settings in your browser may interfere with AdNauseam!", so I'm guessing it's Firefox's Enhanced Tracking Protection getting in the way.
I'd be interested to see who else uses AdNauseam or plans to use it and see their findings too.
