Adobe Acrobat standard and windows journal

Hi,

Is there any progam out there that can combine the job of adobe standard and windows journal?

Really all I want to be able to do is what I can already do in acrobat but also highlight some words etc with a highlighter like you can with windows journal.

you can highlight in acrobat (file permitting) last time I checked or have you only got acrobat reader.
