A colleague of mine as recorded a 4 min video in Captivate with the correct resolution, 1280x996. She is not sure what she did, but the resolution has now changed to 1280x774 and I am unable to resize the project.
When selecting the video layer and going to 'Modify', there is no option available for 'Resize Project'. I have tested with a different video I have created and I have the option. She is going through other videos she has created to see if this option is available.
Any idea how we can resolve this without re-recording?
