Adobe document (SECURED) any way to print?

I've just received my course handbook for my upcoming PT course.

They want us to learn a few units on our own and have sent out a secured pdf document.

The material is spread over ~400 pages and I'd rather not spend that much time in front of the screen (unless it's gaming)

Also having a physical copy means I can create my own references and add stuff in where I feel it's needed.

I've contacted the course operator who say they won't send me an unsecured copy but they will give me one when the course begins... in the meantime I'm to spend a "recommended 3 hours per day" studying the handbook.

So is there anyway to print off information from a secured pdf document without the password?

Could you email it to me (sig?), I have some software to strip the security off - infact, I used it to desecure some Uni stuff too when I was writing my dissertation.

For future reference there's a free online site that removes restrictions from PDF files (up to 10MB): http://www.pdfunlock.com/

Although you may of course not want to upload it if it's a confidential document.
