Any adobe flash experts out there?
Do any of you know of any good tutorials/beginner guides. I haven't as yet done any searches to find any and was just wondering if you knew of any.
I am hoping to make something that will connect to a tcp/ip server that is pumping out a line of text once per second. The line needs to be parsed (it containts a bunch of floating point numbers). Some simple maths needs to be done then some graphics/arrows/gauges need to be moved about.
If anyone knows of a good place to start lemmie know. It would be most appreciated
PS: have no experience of flash at all. However, I have done years and years of visual C++,vb,etc,you name it.
