Is there any way to get a copy of Adobe Web Premium CS2 or CS3 cheaper than £1400?

Are you a student? If so you might have luck buying through Adobe's student store. Otherwise the other means aren't legal or are competitors.

Nope, but for everything you get its a bargin. Photoshop alone is around the £500 mark.

These are the tools the pros use. Professional means 'makes money'. These tools (after all it is just a tool, a means to an end) should make the cost of themselves back after a few jobs.

There is open source software that does the same thing (gimp, nvu, etc.) but it's your call...
