Having been with ADSL 24 for a few months now, all was happy and good.
Until recently, we're on the Home 30 package which should be 8mbps here in the sticks. Upon testing with Speedtest I always got a result of around 6.5mbps which allowed me to download at anywhere between 600-700+ kbps.
This weekend though I've been periodically testing the speeds, It seems like the broadband has been restricted to 1.8 mbps according to speedtest.net
This is completely unacceptable, has anyone else found this happening to them? I've not abused the connection, and we're definately not over our bandwidth limit.
I can only assume it's to do with ADSL 24 now using MurphX instead of Entanet?
Cheers, John
