Hey guys,
I've been with be for about a month now and have noticed constant line disconnections, unable to find servers, and some pretty poor page loading times. I know I'm pretty far from the exchange but surely the line should be more reliable? I got some figures out of the router and they don't look good (up / down):
Uptime: 0 days, 12:29:47
Modulation: G.992.3 Annex A
Bandwidth (Up/Down) [kbps/kbps]: 1,213 / 4,460
Data Transferred (Sent/Received) [MB/GB]: 790.46 / 1.45
Output Power (Up/Down) [dBm]: 12.0 / 17.5
Line Attenuation (Up/Down) [dB]: 25.0 / 41.5
SN Margin (Up/Down) [dB]: 6.5 / 6.0
Vendor ID (Local/Remote): TMMB / µ
Loss of Framing (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Signal (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Power (Local/Remote): 0 / 0
Loss of Link (Remote): 0
Error Seconds (Local/Remote): 21 / 0
FEC Errors (Up/Down): 0 / 12,353
CRC Errors (Up/Down): 4,870 / 48
HEC Errors (Up/Down): 3,108 / 37
I guess I need to know what my options are? Is it be's responsibility to improve my line? BT's or my own? Any advice would be appreciated.
