Hi all,
Having issues with a BT broadband user. The Homehub 2.0 connects to the line fine (7mbit) and gets IP but cannot open any pages. Oddly, it can resolve addresses. I've tried on a Netgear router (also the new Homehub BT sent which is exactly the same model), different PC + a laptop both cable and wireless (virus checked theirs & it works fine on my broadband), all new cables/filters, took the Sky box off the line... they only have this and one phone into the master socket.
After a few calls to BT, running several line checks and things, I went into the router and pulled off the details below. The upload error one ringed alarm bells? The person on the phone didnt want to know though, they checked the line stats etc their end.
The stats don't mean much to me apart from the connection speeds.
Any info on the above would be appreciated.
Thanks
