I have a billion 7800N and used the SNR tweak but for some reaosn everytime i logged back into the page ( without touching any settings ) the router would dissconnect and re-connect again.
After a few e-mail to billion they recommended factory resetting the router which has fixed the fault.
But after the initial resync and then me restarting the router and re-syncing with the exchange my SNR margin went from 6db to 12db and now it's at 15db!
Which has nocked me from my 3mbit profile to 2mbit.
I know it will take a few days for this to settle again, but does anyone know how many re-syncs you can have with the exchange ( in what time period ) before the exchange put's the snr margin back up because i need another re-sync to sort out my low upload speed.
( which sometimes happens after a re-sync for some reason, did it on my DB384G also )
...but i dont want to make this snr margin go up any higher!
Can it go higher than 15db on adsl max ?
