Anyone have any experience asking BT (total broadband) to reset their max profile? Ringing BT is generally quite painful and is as likely to end up with them attempting to install 10 t-1 lines at my house as fix the problem so tips to have it done painlessly would be appreciated.

If you can get through to UK technical you may stand a chance, sadly I asked *** to reset my snr but they refused despite it being flagged to seset each month. I also got BT to lift & shift to an unstable max connection but it never worked so I left & now back on 2mb fixed. I just hope U get through to uk tech support as they are better & should atleast help
