Hi,

When you migrate from a dsl max ISP to another one, does your line profile get reset, i.e do you go through the trial week again? or is it simply copied over?

I seem to disconnect about 10-15 times a day, which is really annoying when using IRC for example.

When I was on Nildram, speeds varied (maybe traffic shaping?) but generally overnight i could get 320kb/s, now on UKFSN which i migrated to on Friday i currently get 2MB (~250-280kb/s), but i still have the disconnection problem

Line stats:
Code:
Connection Status Connected
Us Rate (Kbps) 448
Ds Rate (Kbps) 3328
US Margin 18
DS Margin 9
Trained Modulation GDMT
LOS Errors 0
DS Line Attenuation 56
US Line Attenuation 31
Path Mode Interleaved

Anything i can do to fix the problem? Or could my profile have been reset and it might fix itself?

Your IP profile shouldn't have been reset as a product of migrating, but either way the "trial period" doesn't make your connection unstable.

3328kbps puts you in the right band for the 2.5Mbps IP profile.
