ADSL problems....

Hey All,

Dont suppose that you can help me... A friend has aol and called me this morning saying that his computer has the following message coming up...

"Unable to connect to the AOL Service. (24-04-15-025)”

I dont suppose that anyone can help me with this message?

There not very bright tech team, told him that they didnt have a clue

They might have more of a clue than you or us though - that message is entirely non-specific.

No one replied though. I think you will need to phone AOL and quote the error message.
