Quick explination, we have a customer who has an ADSL line dropping, BT have come out 3 times and could not find an issue, the 4th engineer came out and we have possibly identified the issue, however its a v.bizzar one!

The customer has a power over ethernet switch in the cabinet which the router is, however the router is not connected in any way to the POE switch, its connected to a normal switch, the POE switch is just for another part of their network segment.

When all the devices are turned on, the router will drop very frequently and he can see a lot of errors on the router, when the POE switch is turned off, he gets no errors and hardly any drops.

He has the same setup in multiple branches and no other branch are having an issue, anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? none of the devices above are wireless devices.
