ADSL Router for a Internet Cafe ?

Hi, is there any recommended high end Routers designed for say an Internet Cafe ?

Have 14 PCs that need access to the internet Wireless only.

Are there any decent makes/models that can support that and also managme bandwith allocation effectivly ?

How much £ and why on earth not wired?

Does the cafe already have an internet connection? If so, why not just buy an access point and use the connection already available?

If money was no object i'd say go for the HP Procurve 420's as a dedicated AP.

£300-500 price range if need be, he wanted to go wireless and not have the issues with wires everywhere.

Depending on exactly what you want, the draytek series arnt as expensive (nor laiden with as much config) maybe worth a looksie.

Because if each machine has a different homepage and i had one i wanted everone to see, say for advertising purposes that would override their own homepage and mine would come up.

If you have been in an airport and used their internet services, the ones you have to pay for then no matter what you do u are always directed to their homepage first, even if you click the home button on your browser!!

Sorry I misunderstood as I thought all the pcs were supplied by the cafe. You could give them an ip address or intranet page url as part of their access when they pay for the service then they can browse wherever they want after that?

Yes, plenty of access point software that allows all computers to access a central computer to go onto the net - and this software allows you to treat them all as cyber cafe comps, so voucher codes to get on, customized pages etc
