I have a feeling this is not possible.
But is it possible to use an ADSL router with an RJ45 to BT(RJ11-like) to plug into another standard network thus creating a NATed extra(sub?) network?
It works fine with a cable modem I have, you simply plug the WAN socket into a switch and it gets an IP address and you have a whole different network, to play with
.
Is the ADSL modem part of the modem/router capable of such things? I have a hunch it isnt, as it's used to an analogue line, etc, but worth a post, to save me the hassle of getting a new one
