hi all,

could someone please recommend a ADSL broadband router which can handle multiple Windows XP VPN connections at one time?

My Netgear DG834G doesn't seem to like more than one XP machine connecting to the same IP via Windows VPN at once.

Depends if your ISP is any good really - who is it?

but no, not necessarily, I have 25 odd public IPs on my ADSL, there's no technical limitation it's just whether your ISP will give you more...

It's these chaps I've never had to do anything like this before, is it a case of them hopefully giving me another public IP from there end and it'll just work, or will I need to change some stuff on the router?

Right ok, I thought you were using Windows XP as the host VPN OS.

With IAS you will have no problem using only one public IP as VPN providing it's all set up correctly.
Get yourself a Cisco 800 series or other brand equivalent.

Sorry, I didnt make my OP clear enough. I meant that I'm using Win XP as the client connecting by VPN.

Could you recommend an exact router please? The only other things it needs is wireless
