Apparently Im being upgraded speed wise on PN, what sort of speed should I be getting with the following stats?

Loop Distance: About 12

What does "about 12" mean on a Dlink 604+

Expect very little change in speeds with those stats, the SNR is pretty low to begin with.

Is it plugged in to the master socket or through an extension?

brand new extension, yes. Isn't much better when its plugged directly in
