ADSL sync speed

soo after well over a year of being synced at 8128 ive noticed after being away for a weeked, leaving my modem/router off.. I now only sync at 7616.. to go along with this most of my ping times have effectively doubled aswell :confused:

Taking the usual root thought it might just bounce back to where it was before and no joy.
As for my ISP its a company called Nitrotech so doubt anyone has heard of them

Anyhow any helps appreciated before I phone and complain to them !

You've been switched to interleaved mode. Fix that, and both problems will probably disappear.

Agreed and you've got pretty healthy attenuation figures so there is no reason why you should have been set to Interleaved.

Had you been experiencing disconnections or unstable service before?

tolien cheers .. will get onto my isp first thing about it

nheather -> nothing unusual, maybe 1 a week just seemed strange that I was away for a weekend so the router got switched off for 3 days and this happens.

Either way cheers for the input seems i can get it resolved rather quickly
