Hi guys,

I'm currently on VM 20meg and will be moving propertys very soon. The new property unfortunately isnt in a VM area, so im having to downgrade back to ADSL.

Can anyone name a good ISP for Gaming and heavy downloading? so far I've noticed Plusnet being the most positive at 80gig usage with unlimited downloads at off peak times.

I'm also hearing good things about BE unlimited. Can any ADSL users share their experiences on who's currently the top dog of ASDL isps?

paying for a new router or getting a free router is fine I'm will to buy one anyways.

Thanks guys.

I'm with O2, who I believe are Be* Unlimited and so far have a had a very good experience, only had 1 problem and they fixed it with a new router.

Sky Unlimited is also very good is you have Sky television already.

DO NOT GO WITH BT

Anyone but O2 or Be.... the networks good atm, and if all the bandwidth hogs jump across and wreck it they'll probably be ghey and introduce caps or shaping. The Be router isn't particularly great, but its easy enough to switch over to your own.
