need some advice - my BT phoneline was cancelled recently whilst away on holiday (unsure why it happened as i didn't request it - being investigated currently). this also resulted in my zen broadband being cancelled.
i now have my phoneline restarted and original phone number back, but am unable to restart my zen broadband (new order) as there is 'no capacity at the exchange' when zen contact BT openreach.
my exchange does have LLU operators - CPW/Be-O2/Sky and AOL
my question is if i keep getting 'no capacity' from zen/openreach would the same be true if i cancelled my zen order and placed say an order with Be? (i.e. is their capacity the same as BT openreaches capacity, or if they use their own equipment will there still be a capacity problem?)
thanks for any advice, almost a month without broadband is killing me
