Have a customer with ADSL2+ and they keep dropping their connection.
They are using a Draytek 2830 and the Draytek has the latest firmware on it. We have had an engineer out to check the line, swap micro filter etc.
Below are the connection stats, now to me the SNR Margin at 13 seems too low to me, but can not remember if you want a high or low SNR with ADSL2+
