ADSL2+ Internal PCI modem?

Wondering if anyone has come accross an internal ADSL2+ PCI modem.

I've been trying to find one but most internal PCI's seem to only be standard ADSL.

Anyone used one? Any comments on reliability and compatibility with DSLAM'S.
