Anyone have any experience with ADSL24?

Was thinking of migrating away from BT due to the fact I’m currently synced at 0.8mb with an SNR of 30 on ADSL Max with constant net drops.

I was with them for 3 -4 months can't fault the helpdesk, ticketing service, speeds did drop badly though at 10pm... but no connection dropouts in that time :)

With *Be* now........ :D

To be honest Adsl24 is not a ISP but a reseller, they use a website to advertise Entanets broadband services and gain comission every month from introducing customers.

I know quite a lot about Adsl24 because I owned the company before I gave it to James of www.dslzoneuk.net.

Adsl24 like all resellers dont have to provide any support what so ever they are just a middle man but dont let that put anyone off. James has done wonders and bends over backwards to provide his customers with everything they need and does indeed work hard at making Adsl24 the No 1 reseller in the UK.

Would I recommend them yes, you get whats written on the tin, good aftersales, good support from James and above all they are only a 30 day contract.

If you can get the likes of BE or Sky Max then go with that but for a normal 8Meg line they are fine. They do get slowdowns at peak times but all Entanet resellers are seeing the same problems not just Adsl24.

Regards.
