Is the above laptop worth it? I can get it for 429 quid, specs are:

Its not for gaming really as I got my main rig but would it be able to play GTA SA or UT2004?

My gut reaction is that UT probably ok, but not sure on GTA......integrated gfx is rarely up to much

...unless you drop the res a little ?

Maybe, I notice my friends bro's celeron laptop plays it on high 800x600 but runs at about 20fps.

I don't need games on it really but it would be nice to play abit of UT2004 or something on short breaks

Also would it be possible to overclock the CPU in it? As long as temps aint like over 70 degrees load?

The BIOSes of laptops are usually locked down so unless you find a modded BIOS there's nothing really you can do.
