Advent 7113 Screen - HELP! Pictures Too

Trying to replace the screen in a Advent 7113. We can't get the black outer layer off around the hinges at the bottom, pictures below:
Also looks like hinge (black and silver bit) is moulded? (Ignore how dirty it is! Just realised
)
