Back in the day, i used to love games like Money Island which took you everywhere looking for clues. Are there any games like that anymore ? If not, why not ?!? They were classics. Monkey island/sam & max/leisure suit larry etc.

you must have heard about the new monkey island games coming out right? plus there remaking the original.

I'm playing through Curse of Monkey Island atm (already done 1 & 2), going to do 4 and 5 after; then go back and do MK1 special edition. Then I'll be checking out other recommendations from here!

Made from ex Lucasarts types mainly I think.
Played Sam & Max Seasons 1+2, Strong Bad's CGFAP, and on the Wallace and Gromit games now, and they're all fantastic.
Pre ordered the new monkey Island season too.
They've kept the old humour in the Sam + Max games, and added they're own quirks as well. I'd highly recommend any of them.
