Never heard of them myself, but it sounds like they've probably got hold of a mailing list from a hosting provider and just sent a blanket mail.

How much would you get per click and how many unique hits do you get a month?

Some campaigns are pay per click, some are sales commission.
I get around 80,000 unique visits per month.

I'll consider this a later time, doubt I can make much, if any at all.

With that amount of vistor's a month, I'd imagine you could make a nice little profit on advertising personally!

Even if you only got .5p per visitor you'd still get £400 a month. I have no idea how web advertising works though.. so obviously don't take my work as gopal!
