Hi,

I have a modest budget however I'm not after a top end machine, I want something that plays mid range graphics. Quick and for the times I want to play football manager to be able to load quite a few leagues and city skylines to able to handle the big cities - But with capacity to play better graphic games. Like I say not needing high spec frame rates and super detail graphics, but needs to be a bit of a underestimated machine so to speak. Any advice where to begin, would be appreciated.
Thanks

I would be looking to build myself

Cities Skylines 1 or 2? The first is heavily CPU bound last I checked, but the second I believe can put more strain on the GPU.

I'm confident that Football Manager is heavily CPU limited too.

For Skylines 1 + FM, this is pretty much the closest to 1K that I can manage that I'd be happy with personally:

My basket at OcUK:

Total: £1,069.84 (includes delivery: £11.98)

If you could increase your budget a little you'd get a healthier system, although in honesty most improvements wouldn't really offer more performance for those particular two games, you could see a very big difference in anything else however if you branch out.
