I'm currently on a Gigabyte P35-DS4 / Q6600 (B3) @ 3Ghz,
with some Corsair XMS2 6400-C4 (2x1gb)

I'm tempted to go for 8gb but i'm not sure which to go for

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=MY-136-CS&groupid=701&catid=8&subcat=813 - They look ok but C5 timings, is it worth it over my current C4?

Can my board actually support 8gb? I've checked with the specs and it says:
Memory
Supports DDR2 1066*/800/667 memory
Dual Channel architecture supports up to 8GB by 4 DIMM slots

So i would assume so?

Are there any other recommendations you would go for? I'm not really wanting to spend over £100 really.

Your board will be fine with 8gb. You may need to up the NB by 0.1v to boost it for running 4 sticks.

I wouldn't worry about the CAS being 5 tbh. You could always drop the memory speed and tighten the timings.

You should also look at this, tho its special offer price runs out tomorrow morning.
