ADVICE - First build, first power-up, half RAM detected slower GHZ

Okay I checked my RAM and one module was out of place - I pushed it back in and it clicked.

My RAM is showing 8192 MB now but the speed is still lower that I would expect at 1372 MHz.

Any ideas?

Set the timings and speed manually in the BIOS. Your RAM may have a profile you can use, so I'd check that out too. :)

Thanks so much for helping me scrik this warm Sunday morning!

I've found the memory frequency setting - there's an large choice of options:

AUTO
...
1442MHz
1648MHz
1854MHz
...

The 1648MHz looks the closest but technically it's over the 1600 I'd expect - what do you advise? There's always auto I suppose.

Just Set XMP Profile in Bios. On ASUS bios its usually under a heading called Aituner or similar. 1648mhz is not a recognised divider if BLK is set to 100 set BLK to 100 and this divider should be 1600mhz.
