Just ordered my new spec and looking at ordering a new TFT monitor on friday, budget around £200 ish can stretch up by £40-£50 if its really worth it. Looking really around the 19" mark because I can fit two 19" screens on my desk, I will be doing a fair bit of gaming and to be perfectly honest Im not too keen on widescreen unless someone can convince me otherwise! Anyway PC spec so far is (less monitor).
Motherboard: Gigabyte DQ6
Processor: Intel Core Duo E6600
Memory: Corsair Dominator 6400 C4 DDR2 2gb
Graphics: BFG GeForce 8800 GTX 768mb
HDD: Western Digital Raptor X 150gb
PSU: Tagan 600w Dual Engine
Case: Thermaltake Armour + 25cm Side Fan
HSF: Artic Freezer 7 Pro
I have been looking at the £240 ish viewsonic 19" with the 2ms update, is this a good screen? is there anything similar for less? recommendations? what to avoid? help!!! Cheers for any advice & Happy new year (bit early but hey lol)
