I'd like some help please. I've not had a new system for ages but Fallout 4 is looming so I want to get a new computer as I know my current one won't handle it. I'm looking for some suggestions as to what would be the best choices for a £800-£900 budget. It's mainly a gaming PC these days and I especially want to be able to run things like Fallout smoothly. I don't mind not having the graphics on ultra high but I hate games being choppy. I do also use it occasionally for Photoshop.

I can't build it myself so that cost needs to be a factor, I'll also need Windows. Help!

Thanks dacads. I've been having a read up today and I came up with something pretty similar to what you suggest. Is it preferable to have the two separate drives rather than a hybrid? It's been an age since I last bought a pc and they didn't have SSD then.

I've tried looking for the specs for Fallout but there's no official word just educated guesses but I think I want an i5 as I'm not confident I could ever upgrade a CPU. The most I've ever done is change RAM or a graphics card.
