Advice for a general easy use digi cam

I am looking to replace an old hand me down digital camera and am badly in need of some advice.

I am looking for a camera to use on holiday and for general snaps, I am not a camera pro nor do I have an intention of becoming one, I just want to take some snaps occasionally to remember things that happen !

My criteria are :
sub £100
Rear LCD display so i can review pictures taken.
Good battery life (rechargable preferred)
Good memory card support, 512mb I assume to be a common size.
Reasonable resolution (4 megapixel or better?)
Built in flash.
Some sort of zoom capability preferred.
Small, minor size scores additional brownie points.

Any advice/links welcome.

Is it reasonable to assume I will be able to get a decent camera for this amount? I have assumed that with falling prices for electronic items and cameras in particular I should be able to get a decent buy for this amount.
