Advice for building gaming computer.

Hello, need advice on picking the best motherboard and processor to fit my tower for PC Gaming. If my tower is not good enough to fit any of the latest items please suggest what i should get. I am currently looking at these 3 bundles overclockers have to offer and would like your opinion on which one is better. If you know of better options for a motherboard and processor please let me know.

Your case should fit any ATX/mATX motherboard - not considering any Ryzen processors since you're replacing the motherboard?
