Advice from Solwise - is it correct?

Dont get the 1 gig homeplugs the reviews in general have not been good, the 500 mb speed seem to be better and use the much more common intellon chipset.

Only your transfer of files from the PC is really intense and your router is going to be the slowest component anyway wether or not you get a 100mb or gigabit switch in the living room (assuming PC is elsewere in the house). Dont overspecify!

If people aren't recommending the Solwise 1GB homeplugs - what plugs do you recommend?

Lastly, the switch does not come with cabling - what cabling do i need to connect the TV?PS3/Live hub to the switch?

Belkin Cat6 Snagless UTP Patch Cable (Black) 2m

And am now looking for 2 x Homeplugs that support 1GB. Do i get the Solwise or is there something better/more reliable?
