Ello. New to watercooling.

I bought this from OC: DEFCON 1s - Asus Maximus VIII Hero - Intel Core i7 6700K @ 4.60GHz - Overclocked Skylake Bundle

I opted for the RayStorm D5 AX360 WaterCooling Kit as part of the bundle.

Now... don't tell my Mrs but I also just plumped for a GTX 1080 with waterblock.

Is the 360 rad enough?

I've read the OC rough guide to watercooling and other guides on the net, it seems an overclocked CPU + efficient 1080 is a borderline case.

I am fine to see how it goes and add another (240) rad if necessary, or just get another rad and build it in from the get-go.

Advice?

I am not a hard-core gamer, I will only be gaming on one screen (Dell 2412M).

Yea that will be fine for a 4770k and 1080,adding 2nd rad would let you have a quieter machine as you could run your fans at a lower speed, depends if the extra outlay of ££'s is worth it to you.

Exactly this, I think the guide is really you only need 120mm per component but of course more is better for cooling. As this chap rightly says, more allows you to run it near silent but you should find your temps sit almost where they are now i'd guess.
