Advice/help needed please

I recently purchased a new pre-built system from OCUK, and it is working fine.
However, every time I start it up I am informed that "Setup is preparing your system for first use" - fair enough the first time I guess, but a few weeks later...?
Once windows loads I am greeted by a "System Preperation Tool 3.14" window that wants a System Cleanup Action and Shutdown Option selected. I have tried the options given, cancellingdoes at it says but the other options are met with a fatal error and it gives up.
It also does all this within the Administrator account - which is locked from use
Apart from the hassle on starting up windows is fine.

Any hints on how to get rid permanently or anything would be appreciated.

maybe try a fresh install of windows, other members might be of more help lol, or contact ocuk and see what they have to say

Sounds like the pre loaded system was not configured properly. I would suggest you reinstall windows and configure it to your own liking.
