A friend is pushing me to do this routine https://imgur.com/a/DxZFw in the gym Im 6'4 and 21stone iv got built legs from years of mma kicking training g I was looking at just filling my frame more like the strong guy ppl
I'm not looking to do sit ups ect I'm not that interested in those for me
He is dead set this is the best thing for me
Just looking to see if it is

... Iv got a bench and weights at home as well
 
No, the base routine is just the workout A/B where you increase weight each session. You don't even need to do the pushups/situps etc but it is a short routine without anything extra added in.

If you don't want to do cardio just do the workout at home on your own :)
