Advice me on the new system

Hi,
it is time to buy a new system for me. It is 50/50 for gaming and work. After weeks of surfing and video watching, I am settled with these specs. I will really need the system in like 2 months, so perhaps Radeon 7000 series are worth the wait.

i5-2500k

Asus 560GTX Ti 1GB (any other decent manufacturer) or Radeon 6950HD 1GB (depending on the current price of the cards and you advice which one should run Photoshop and 3D Programs better)

8GB RAM (Vengeance, Hyper X or Ripjaws, depending on the price)

Asus P8Z68-V motherboard (I am planning to overclock CPU to 4.2 or 4.4Ghz and use 16GB RAM, would I benefit from Pro version of this board?)

Seagate Barracuda 500GB 6GB/s 7200RPM

OCZ ZS 750w PSU (Reviews are good, not sure if Corsair is worth extra 30 dollars)(I might use 2 GPU in the future)

I am still unsure about the case, my options are really wide and looks of the case is important to me. I am dancing around:
Fractal Design R3
CM Storm Enforcer and 690 II Advanced
NZXT Phantom
Corsair Graphite or 650D (Solid looks, high price)
HAF 320 or X (great performance, horrible look)

Criteria for the case:
Strong (durable)
Decent airflow (Not a problem to shoot some 120mm fans on my own)
Less lights - better (Hate bright displays and LED fans)
Enough space for the aftermarket CPU cooler, air one (might leave PC for a night to render)
Silent (I will work next to the case)

if you can, wait for the new graphics cards releases, if there not around then i'd go with the 560ti.

psu wise the ocz wil be fine, and for sli/crossfire.

thought asus were bringing out a gen 3 version of the pro (ivybridge support), if it isn't then have you considered the Asrock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 ?

case wise have a look at the Corsair 650D, lot of people like it.
