Hello all,
Thanks in advance for taking the time to read this, I work from home I have a Lenova work laptop and a HP Omen gaming PC set up at the same desk. At present I only have one monitor however due to the recent Omen purchase I wish to buy a 144 HZ G sync monitor to take advantage of the 1070 gpu I now have.
Ideally I want to do away with my laptop on the desk and run it like a desktop attached to my soon to be defunct Samsung monitor as present my desk layout wont work with two monitors and a laptop out at the same time.
My question is .... is it possible to first turn my laptop into a desktop BUT somehow control both laptop and gaming pc with only one set of peripherals, and on top of that run both systems off both monitors BUT have unsynced control over both i.e when I use my keyboard to game it will have no effect over my laptop and visa versa but have the ability to switch between the two systems when needed?
sorry if this sounds confusing
Shane
