Hey people,

Just getting your recomendations on 4 things.

Speakers, Monitor, Keyboard/Mouse and TV.

Currently have this setup...

Right, that Monitor is a bad ass CRT, The Iiyama Vision Master Pro 454 (£260 CRT :p) So I want a TFT that can equal its quality in a 20" widescreen variety, needs to be great for gaming as I am a decentish CSS player who plays competitively. Also shows my current speaker setup, purely used for music as I game with a headset, apart from need for speed most wanted :p I'm thinking the logitech X5450's and mount the wireless ones behind my bed then the fronts accordingly.

Secondly I need a TV that I can use from my bed to browse and use msn, no gaming needed. Currently have this....

Its a 28inch 100hz JVC X4. Its perfect for watching movies from computer on via S-Video but lacks quality for desktop use.

Its about 3 foot from the end of my bed, so I lie about 9ft away from it so need a fair old size, what would you reccomend? HDMI Preffered (I think thats what I want, right?) Would like to be able to play racing games such as need for speed on it too!

Heres my latest investment, a £250 mattress, soo comfy, and glad I moved from a single to a double. But I need a keyboard that I can use from my bed to the TV. Ive tried standard wireless but the range isnt good enough. I have also tried the microsoft media centre keyboard thingy but didnt get along with the mouse stick on it, any alternatives for mouse and keyboard?

Just my current system for reference....

Opteron 146 @ 2.9ghz
X1900XT @ 750/820
A8N Sli Premium
2GB GSkill HZ PC4000
and the rest is just the boring crap.

Thanks for any help offered
Jonny.

on the Tv note, ive got a 26" samsung Le26r74bdx i think it is, that can do 1360x 867 or sumthin, around that ive nt got it hooked up atm, thats not bad, looks good, they come in 32" and 40" not sure what resolutions they can put out. As for a 20" gaming screen 19" are a lot cheaper than 20" and 20" are normally widescreen which is pants for gaming...

ive got this: www.aria.co.uk(website not working atm) sony 19" £165 exc vat, looks nice, no ghosting on bf2 on high settings...

just some ideas.

Im building the desk myself and should be done soon, so don't worry about that :P

Rooms being redecorated completely including floor, so again no worries, just reccomend me hardware! WooT WooT!

Also I do want widescreen, as it increases the FOV on CSS Stupidly :P
